All of the products come with printed instructions that you can refer to for all safety information. The instructions are printed in English, Spanish, French, Italian and Spanish. However if you would like to access the documents electronically then you can do so in your ‘my account’ section. Simply log in to your account, and on the left column select “Instructions for use”. You will see links to the PDF download of your instructions here.

Yes you will, but you’ll have to cover the return postage fee.

Please send us a quick message and we’ll give you a return address. The reason we ask for this extra step is so that you send the product to the location that is closest to you.

Take a quick photograph of the product, wrap it in a plastic bag and throw it away. Do not touch the gel inside or otherwise ingest it. Contact us and we’ll arrange a refund or replacement as you wish.

Absolutely anything! We have a 30 day risk free return policy. If you’re not happy for any reason you can just return the product to us for a full refund. If you are choosing to return a non-faulty product we ask that you pay for the return shipping.

We have under 1 day processing time to manage your order before we pass it to the carrier. From there we have standard 2-4 day shipping. At the time of checkout you’ll be able to see our estimated delivery date for each product. You can pay extra for next day delivery, but as the products are so large it can be quite an expensive option!

We’ll upload it in your ‘My Account’ section. You can get to that by clicking on the profile button from the top menu. From here, select your order and you will see the tracking number displayed prominently in this section.

Currently all of our products are fulfilled by Amazon. Amazon use a variety of carriers depending on your location, so sadly we do not know in advance the name of the carrier.
